Clan Tag Generator
Esports Squad Names & Custom Team Prefixes

Standard esports clan tags place the clan abbreviation inside clean brackets, crowns, or dividers followed by the player's alias (e.g. '[FAZE] Apex', '亗 SOUL 亗 Viper', or 'f/a Shadow'). In tournaments, all squad members synchronize their tags to project organization discipline.

'f/a' stands for Free Agent and 'LFT' stands for Looking For Team. Competitive solo players use these prefixes in ranked queues to signal to tier-1 esports organizations and scouting managers that they are unsigned and available for tryouts.

Free Fire allows a maximum of 12 characters, PUBG Mobile allows 14 characters, and Valorant / Fortnite allow 16 characters. When combining a clan tag with your nickname, ensure the combined string does not exceed these limits. Our tool calculates the combined length in real time.

Our built-in Squad Roster Formatter automatically generates matching clan tags for your entire 4-man team (IGL, Entry Fragger, Sniper/Support, and Lurker) with 1-click clipboard copy for Discord tournament registrations.

Yes! Unicode symbols like royal crowns (亗) and Japanese clan separators (〆, 乂) are fully supported across all modern mobile and PC multiplayer games, giving your roster an elite competitive look.
