How do Discord Forum channels differ from text channels?
Discord Forum channels organize discussions into dedicated, searchable threads rather than a single continuous chat stream. Each post has its own title, initial prompt, tag badges (e.g., [Solved], [Bug]), and threaded comments.
Can I use Discord Markdown inside Forum posts?
Yes! Discord supports full markdown including headers (#, ##), bold (**), italic (*), strikethrough (~~), blockquotes (>), codeblocks (```), and inline timestamps (<t:TIMESTAMP:R>).
What makes a good bug report or suggestion thread in Discord?
Clear structure: title with tag prefix, brief summary, reproduction steps, expected vs actual behavior, system specs, and evidence links (screenshots or clips).
